Ingredients
  

  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic or red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Whisk all marinade ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined.
  2. Place steak in a bag or dish and pour marinade over it, turning to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 12 hours depending on cut.
  4. Remove steak from marinade, pat dry, and cook using preferred method.
  5. Rest steak before slicing and serving.
