  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Dry cauliflower florets thoroughly and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Toss florets with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili flakes until evenly coated.
  3. Spread florets in a single layer without crowding. Roast for 20 minutes, then turn to promote even browning.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan over florets during the final 5 minutes of roasting until crisp and golden.
