  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.33 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth, then add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Whisk dry ingredients separately, then fold into wet mixture.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and portion dough onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake until tops are crackled and centers are just set. Cool slightly before serving.
