Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz soft caramels
  • 6 oz pecan halves, toasted
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • flaky sea salt (optional)

Equipment

  • Parchment Paper
  • Microwave-safe bowls

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pecan halves into small clusters.
  2. Melt caramels gently until smooth.
  3. Spoon caramel over the center of each pecan cluster and allow to set slightly.
  4. Melt chocolate until smooth and spoon over caramel, covering completely.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and let candies set completely.
