- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange pecan halves into small clusters.
- Melt caramels gently until smooth.
- Spoon caramel over the center of each pecan cluster and allow to set slightly.
- Melt chocolate until smooth and spoon over caramel, covering completely.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired and let candies set completely.
