Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken, or lamb)
  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme or oregano
  • 0.5 cup beef or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and ground meat, cooking until browned.
  3. Stir in chopped cabbage and seasonings.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender. Garnish with parsley.
