Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs thinly sliced beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook onions, peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil until tender. Set aside.
  3. Brown beef in the same skillet and season.
  4. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth, then combine with beef and vegetables.
  5. Transfer to baking dish, top with cheeses, and bake until bubbly and golden.
