Ingredients
  

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast, diced
  • 300 g boneless chicken thigh, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp granulated onion
  • 0.67 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 pinch additional salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken breast and thigh. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and granulated onion.
  3. Cook until chicken is fully cooked and lightly golden. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  4. Transfer cooled chicken to a mixing bowl. Add diced celery and mayonnaise.
  5. Mix gently until well combined. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
