- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise until doubled in size.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread butter and top with brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts.
- Roll tightly, slice into rolls, and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let rise until puffy. Bake at 180°C until golden.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Spread frosting over warm rolls and serve.
