Method
- Cream butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Mix flour and baking powder. Add to batter alternately with milk.
- Fold in diced apples gently.
- Layer batter and cinnamon sugar in loaf pan and swirl gently.
- Bake at 180°C until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool bread completely.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle glaze over bread.
