Ingredients
  

  • 1 package kielbasa, sliced
  • 32 oz frozen hash browns
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, divided
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 10 oz cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Grease the slow cooker insert lightly.
  2. Add frozen hash browns, sliced kielbasa, and diced onion to the slow cooker.
  3. Mix sour cream, milk, soup, and seasonings in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour mixture over ingredients and stir in half of the cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low until potatoes are tender.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover until melted.
  7. Let rest briefly before serving.
