- Grease the slow cooker insert lightly.
- Add frozen hash browns, sliced kielbasa, and diced onion to the slow cooker.
- Mix sour cream, milk, soup, and seasonings in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour mixture over ingredients and stir in half of the cheese.
- Cover and cook on low until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Let rest briefly before serving.
