Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs thinly sliced beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook beef in olive oil until just browned, then set aside.
  3. Sauté onion, pepper, and mushrooms until softened.
  4. Return beef to skillet and add seasonings, stirring well.
  5. Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  6. Stir in cheeses, then fold in beef and vegetables.
  7. Transfer mixture to baking dish and spread evenly.
  8. Bake until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
