Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lightly dredge bacon slices in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Arrange bacon strips flat on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake until golden and crisp, flipping halfway if desired.
  5. Transfer to paper towels to drain briefly before serving.
