Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs lean sirloin steak, cut into chunks
  • 1 lb baby yellow potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

  • Baking sheet or grill

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven or grill. Prepare steak and potatoes.
  2. Toss steak and potatoes with garlic, seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Divide mixture among foil sheets and seal into packets.
  4. Cook packets until potatoes are tender and steak is cooked through.
  5. Carefully open packets and serve hot.
