Ingredients
  

  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet and brown ground beef. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic.
  3. Add cabbage, tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and simmer until cabbage is tender.
  5. Stir, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.
