Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Add onion and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in spices, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add bell peppers and cook until tender-crisp.
  6. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
