Ingredients
  

  • 3.5 cups bread flour
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2.25 tsp instant yeast
  • 1.25 cups warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method
 

  1. Combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Add water and olive oil and mix into a shaggy dough.
  2. Fold in the seed mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Cover and let the dough rise until doubled in size.
  4. Shape dough into a round loaf and allow a second rise.
  5. Bake in a hot oven until crusty and golden. Cool completely before slicing.
