Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl and let sit until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, soaked crumbs, Parmesan, eggs, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley until just combined.
  4. Shape mixture into meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 18–20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
