Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 pieces green onions, thinly sliced
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, cool completely, peel, and separate yolks from whites.
  2. Mash yolks in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Chop egg whites and add to the bowl.
  4. Stir in mayonnaise, mustards, and relish until combined.
  5. Fold in celery and green onions, then season to taste.
