Crispy Ritz cracker sandwiches filled with ham and Swiss cheese, finished with a buttery glaze and air fried to perfection.

Ingredients
  

  • 48 pieces Ritz crackers
  • 8 slices deli ham, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced onion

Method
 

  1. Lay out 24 crackers and top each with ham and Swiss cheese. Cover with remaining crackers.
  2. Mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and dried onion.
  3. Brush the glaze over the top cracker of each sandwich.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F and arrange sandwiches in a single layer.
  5. Air fry for 6–7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
