Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Place sliced carrots into the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the carrots and add salt.
  3. Dot the top with butter slices.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours until carrots are tender.
  5. Stir gently before serving so carrots are evenly coated in glaze.
