- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut puff pastry into squares, roll into balls, and bake until golden and puffed. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream and refrigerate.
- Simmer berries, sugar, and lemon until thickened. Cool completely.
- Create a small opening in each pastry ball. Pipe cream inside and add a spoonful of berry compote. Serve immediately.
