Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 12 oz uncooked pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Add butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in beef broth, pasta, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in cream and Parmesan until sauce is smooth.
