Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix gently.
  3. Pour half the batter into the baking dish.
  4. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Spoon over batter and swirl lightly.
  5. Pour remaining batter on top and bake 40–45 minutes until set.
  6. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk. Spread glaze over warm cake.
