Ingredients
  

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix (plus ingredients listed on box)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix pecans, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press into bottom of baking dish.
  3. Prepare cake batter according to package directions and pour over pecan base.
  4. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese mixture and cranberry sauce over batter. Swirl gently.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes until center is set. Cool completely before slicing.
