Method
- Brown Italian sausage in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
- Stir in tomato paste and Italian seasoning.
- Add broth and diced tomatoes and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in ditalini and cook until pasta is tender.
- Reduce heat and stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth. Season to taste.
