Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix (optional)
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Method
 

  1. Drain crushed pineapple thoroughly and place in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in pudding mix if using, then add mini marshmallows.
  3. Gently fold in Cool Whip until evenly combined.
  4. Fold in shredded coconut if desired.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
