Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. In one bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add flour and baking powder and mix just until combined.
  4. Pour batter into prepared dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
