- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In one bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add flour and baking powder and mix just until combined.

- Bake 12–15 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
