Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in oats, chocolate chips, and Rice Krispies gently.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
