- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet and sear steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic and smoked paprika to the pan. Cook until fragrant, then pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in Parmesan until melted. Add pasta and steak back to the pan and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
