Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup mixed nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mixed seeds
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Gently melt almond butter, coconut oil, and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla and salt.
  4. Fold in nuts, seeds, and chocolate chips until evenly combined.
  5. Press mixture firmly into prepared pan.
  6. Refrigerate until set, then slice into bars.
