Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions, finely sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup almond flour, toasted (optional for rolling)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, green onions, and seasonings until smooth.
  2. Scoop mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
  3. Roll balls in toasted almond flour if desired.
  4. Place on a lined tray and refrigerate until firm.
  5. Serve chilled.
