Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp dill pickle or relish, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 slices sandwich bread
  • 1 handful potato chips (salt-and-vinegar recommended)

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, pickle, lemon juice, and pepper until combined.
  2. Spread tuna mixture evenly onto one slice of bread.
  3. Add a generous layer of potato chips on top of the tuna.
  4. Top with remaining bread slice, press gently, and serve immediately.
