Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter and sugar until glossy. Add eggs and vanilla, then stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
  3. Spread batter evenly in pan and bake until edges are set and center is slightly soft. Cool completely.
  4. Slice brownies into bars. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Dip each brownie bar into melted chocolate, allow excess to drip off, and place on parchment to set.
