- Whisk the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently.
- Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a 9x13 dish.
- Spread half the pudding mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the remaining pudding mixture on top.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Warm the frosting slightly and spread it over the top.
- Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
