Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chunks

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment.
  2. Stir melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix in cocoa powder and salt, then fold in flour just until combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips and spread batter evenly in pan.
  5. Bake until edges are set and center shows moist crumbs. Cool slightly before slicing.
