Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Lightly steam cauliflower until just tender. Drain well.
  3. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir in cheeses, reserving some for topping.
  4. Arrange cauliflower in dish and pour custard mixture over. Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
  5. Bake until set and golden on top. Rest briefly before serving.
