- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic until cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer beef to slow cooker. Add tomatoes, broth, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low until flavors are well developed.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender.
- Serve hot with ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan on top.
