Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough, cut into pieces

Method
 

  1. Place chicken, vegetables, soups, broth, and seasonings into slow cooker. Stir gently.
  2. Cover and cook on low until chicken is tender.
  3. Shred chicken and return to slow cooker.
  4. Add biscuit pieces evenly on top. Cover and cook until dumplings are cooked through.
  5. Stir gently and serve hot.
