Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread florets in a single layer and roast until golden, flipping once.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and return to oven until crispy.
  5. Serve immediately while hot and crisp.
