Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Melt butter and brown sugar together until smooth and bubbling.
  3. Pour mixture over pretzels and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Spread pretzels on baking sheet and bake, stirring once or twice.
  5. Cool completely before breaking apart and serving.
