Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Soak breadcrumbs in milk until softened.
  3. Add beef, egg, cheese, garlic, herbs, and seasoning. Mix gently.
  4. Shape into meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake until cooked through and lightly browned.
