  • 16 oz white chocolate, chopped or wafers
  • 3 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 cups salted peanuts
  • 3 cups crispy rice cereal

Method
 

  1. Melt white chocolate gently until smooth.
  2. Place pretzels, peanuts, and cereal in a large bowl.
  3. Pour melted chocolate over mix and stir to coat evenly.
  4. Spread mixture onto parchment-lined surface.
  5. Cool until firm, then break into pieces.
