Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 4 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method
 

  1. Line a square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate gently until smooth.
  3. Stir in salt and vanilla if using.
  4. Fold in cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Press mixture into pan and let set before slicing.
