  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare foil sheets.
  2. Place chicken, pineapple, and vegetables in center of foil.
  3. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce and season lightly.
  4. Seal foil packets tightly.
  5. Bake until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
