Ingredients
  

  • 1 turkey breast (bone-in or boneless)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup chicken or turkey broth

Method
 

  1. Pat turkey breast dry and rub with oil or butter.
  2. Season evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Place turkey breast in slow cooker and pour broth around it.
  4. Cover and cook on low until tender and fully cooked.
  5. Rest briefly before slicing and serving.
