Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini pretzels, lightly crushed
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt for sprinkling (optional)

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals until smooth.
  3. Stir in pretzels, peanuts, and rice cereal until evenly coated.
  4. Spread mixture onto the parchment-lined tray.
  5. Chill for 20–30 minutes until set.
  6. Break into irregular pieces and serve.
