Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter (optional)

Method
 

  1. Line a square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until combined.
  3. Press mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter until smooth.
  5. Spread chocolate over oat layer and chill until set before slicing.
