Ingredients
  

  • 1 can lemon pie filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 box yellow or lemon cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Spread lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Scatter cream cheese cubes evenly over the filling.
  4. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle melted butter over cake mix and bake until golden and bubbly.
