Ingredients
  

  • 3 lb pork shoulder
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground ginger (optional)

Method
 

  1. Place pork shoulder into the slow cooker.
  2. Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, and ginger together.
  3. Pour sauce over pork, coating evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours until tender.
  5. Shred pork and stir back into the sauce before serving.
