Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz short pasta, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup cooked bacon or ham, diced
  • 1 cup creamy or Italian-style dressing

Equipment

  • Large clear bowl or trifle dish
  • Pot for cooking pasta

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and cool completely.
  2. Spread pasta evenly in the bottom of a clear bowl and lightly drizzle with dressing.
  3. Layer vegetables evenly over the pasta.
  4. Add cheese and meat layers, spreading evenly.
  5. Top with remaining dressing, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
